WP Leader: EASN Technology Innovation Services (EASN-TIS)
WP7 is associated with the communication and dissemination outreach of the project, aiming to maximize the project’s impact to the related audiences. The main objectives include but are not limited to the following:
- The effective and sustainable dissemination of the knowledge generated within the project among and beyond the participants of the consortium, during but also beyond the end of the project;
- Promoting and supporting the exploitation of the project results;
- Providing adequate and effective protection and management of the knowledge created in the project, having due regard to the legitimate interests of the partners concerned.
The importance of communicating the RUMBLE results to the scientific community and the general public, as often stressed by the European Commission, is recognized and several actions and mechanisms will be put in place to achieve this. To achieve these objectives, the dissemination and communication activities of the project are coordinated and monitored by a dissemination manager. Moreover, WP7 aims at exploring the full benefits derived in the technical WPs. This action is accomplished by using problems/models directly linked to the need of enabling validation and analysis of the results. In some cases, even this task is not simplified and requires further research actions. Finally, in the frame of this WP, two Open Workshops are conducted to join experts of the same field of research and disseminate knowledge gained throughout the project.
The WP7 structure consists of:
- Task 7.1: Visual Identity & Initial Communication Pack
- Task 7.2: Public website and Social Media
- Task 7.3: Communication pack for project legacy
- Task 7.4: Dissemination and Exploitation of the project results
